There were so 10,000 plates made in Ga, that are being recalled and the owners given new ons. They start with WTF and the State never realized it had a meaning :p

I'd like to get "3D0G" but it would probably sail over most people's heads and they'd think it is a song instead of related to Apple. :p

that is one of the greatest plates, but you better be careful because google many want it on their cars and they will come and get you

I think he got it just so he could sell it to them, Google is a huge rich company, remember, a lot of billions lying around!

I could never get custom plates, the way I piss people off when I drive, I need to make my car blend in as much as possible so it won't get vandalized. I drive a silver Civic, the best selling vehicle here. :D

I understand what youtube is but why would some random person want it on their Scion....

Exactly, although PowerfullMac answered the question. It's what I originally thought, but I don't think YouTube is going to offer him money for it. If he doesn't make money from it, it'll just be weird, like he's infatuated with Youtube.

Yeah, I guess it's not for me...That's like going and getting an Exxon LP or TMobile LP....doesn't make any sense...and you do look like your obsessed

Honestly I was looking up the available plates, and I noticed that YOUTUBE hadn't been taken yet so I snatched it up! That's the only reason I picked it. I think I'm going to write a letter to YouTube and ask them for monthly ad revenue. ;) I doubt they'll give me anything for it, just like Apple will probably not give anyone with an Apple stick on their car money.

But at least I have the satisfaction to know that if the Google dude wants to have a YOUTUBE license plate, he can't have it, and if he wants it, he's going to have to buy me a mansion, a BMW M3, a 17" MBP, a Mac Pro with dual 30" ACDs, and give me $1b. ;)

Even if I owned YouTube I wouldn't want it. People would be coming up to my car and vandalizing it all the time (doubt people are going to think you are some sort of YouTube executive though driving a Scion).

I saw one from another state that said UDRV2SLO

I'd get that, but MO only allows 6 characters and I don't see any feasible way to reduce that to 6

Add me to the list of people you don't understand why a YOUTUBE license plate is desirable, unless YouTube is paying you to advertise.
