Having lurked around these forums for a long while, I finally decided to sign up, not least so I can plug my new (and first ever) web site at http://stuaffleck.bulldoghome.com/. Done in iWeb, so it probably looks like a piece of…it's the content that's the main thing. Anyway, since I bought my Pro, I've found all sorts of useful information all over the web, a good chunk of it courtesy of these here forums, and I've had a few ideas of my own. So I thought it might be an idea to have a site that brought at least some of these (many, many) hints and tips, about hardware and software, together in one place. Cleaning it, cooling it, overclocking it, sticking the motherboard in mineral oil- OK, no-one's done that yet to my knowledge, but you get the point! I've only just started, the one article up so far. More will follow as and when I get round to it. I'm keen to solicit tips, suggestions, and corrections from anyone who'd like to contribute- I'm not going to start grabbing content from here, I'd only link to relevant forum pages, but if anyone's posted something relevant (all you people who've replaced your X1900XT fans, for example), and is OK with using their material directly on the site, please let me know. I don't have a digicam for one thing, so it would be nice to have some pictures. Check it out, and be gentle, please! Thanks.
