My new magic keyboard volume F10 and F11 keys do not work.

I have bought a new macOS Catalina desktop computer. The magic keyboard volume keys F10 and F11 and F12 do not work. What do I set to get them working? Help would be appreciated please.
 
Just found Karir's post amongst others but not successful for me.

Tried Karir's suggestion again just moving the Sound Effects volume keys about. All Ok now. Thanks Karir.
