after installing another TMobile SIM card in there for a few minutes (my SIM is from TMobile too). Now the number keypad is non fuctional. Everything else still works like all the applications. I could receive phone calls but people can't hear me on the other side. What's wrong? I need help.

Try the following, if one of the steps works then stop there.

1) Take the SIM out and put it back in, clean the gold part of SIM, too
2) Reboot iPhone
3) Restore

1 and 2 didn't work. My phone is unlocked for TMobile so if i restore the phone will that brick it since Itunes automatically updates the firmware in restoration mode?
