My .numbers file wont open in numbers. Please help.

Hey guys, I hope someone can help me here.

My .numbers file will not open in numbers. An error is displayed which says:

" The document "File.numbers" could not be opened. "

However I can view the document perfectly in quicklook. I can open other .numbers files.

Does anyone have any ideas?
