My old Iphone is still receiving calls?

is this normal?

I got my iphone 6 in the mail and activated it last week
but my 4S is still getting the same calls at the same time

I was even in airplane mode and i got incoming calls
wifi was ON
cellular was OFF
that is weird

I powered it off and removed the simm card, but should I be worried I am getting charged for double phone lines?

Are you sure it isn't working via the Continuity feature of iOS 8?

Continuity in iOS 8 allows you to pickup phone calls from your other devices (another phone, iPad, Mac, etc) as long as you have handoff enabled and connected to the same wifi network.

Ok thanx guys it might be that
I knew you could share text and message apps
I did not know you could get phone calls on other phones! lol

I will put the simm card back in and try with wifi off again
