Women are so stubborn and she refuses to believe me, and she is going to take her phone to some bootleg little iPhone shop, where, the pathetically dumb ass locals of this country will probably just re-jailbreak the phone and charge $100 for it.

I am so infuriated by this that I might assume possession of the phone until the public unlock is available. You're never right with a woman.

Absolutely positively no unlock yet. MucleNerd confirmed last month that no unlock will be released until 4.3 is publcally out. Give it a couple weeks.

It would be possible.. if someone knew how to clone an apple and totally wipe and install on another. Bcoz I have a 3.10.01 and it is factory unlocked. So why it is so difficult to unlock I have no idea. In theory can you just compare the codes on the 2 versions and find the diff? haha Simplistic? probably more to it I am sure.

If it were that easy, we wouldn't have newbies crying about how they upgraded their phone and killed the unlock they so desperately need.
If the dev team or some other hacker could do it, they wouldn't concern themselves with exploiting holes in iOS.
