My order status for MAC office 2008 has changed

Through super media deal, now the status has changed to,

Order Status : Issue with order

I hope they will ship it out right after Macworld!!
 
The Apple site said "Shipping within 7-10 days" the other when they put the sale up. I just took it to assume that the box was shipping out after MWSF.
 
Or you could be shocked and Apple will have it delivered to your front door on the morning of the release date (like they did with Leopard).
 
I applied for the $6.95 upgrade late in November. Got this today:

I didn't like the Feb. 4 date, but I loved the "Press 1 if you want to cancel, press 2 or call us if you don't want to cancel, or do nothing to not cancel, mark an X" convoluted logic. And the "Beware of Spyware" tag at the end.
 
I bought Office 2004 with the Black Friday $100 rebate (which just came in this week). I send in the 2008 upgrade around December 1st. I received the "your order has changed" e-mail a couple of weeks ago indicating that My date changed to 01/28/08.

You would think they would have these all ready to go before then...
 
Well that is disheartening seeing that it was being pimped as having a big Mid-January release date to coincide with MWSF.
 
Ok just went back to the old email I got when I paid the 6.99 online. I clicked on the link and its saying:

I wonder what it means.... :confused:
 
It's M$, are you really surprised.

Delivering within expectations and ontime is not in their repretoire.

be thankful you're getting it that quick (2 weeks after release). if you read the promo details, i think it says the product will ship 6-8 weeks after the release date, which means we shouldn't be getting it until March. i also got the 28th date in an email.

I have not got anything by email yet (except for the very first confirmation email ).

I don't think they will actually ship it after 6-8 weeks. It is like those mail-in rebate. They always say it's after 6-8 weeks, but usually it is less than that.

Anyone know what "issue with order" means?
 
Mine still just says "order in process"....and my second one isn't even showing in their system.
