My PB get kernel panics from time to time on wake from sleep.
Hardware test shows everything is fine, run PMU, PRam reset, permission are all fine. Yesterday run disk repair of a install dvd, kernel panic on second wake from sleep. Energy saving set to highest, HD always on.
I don't have any external devices except my iPod and printer, which are only connect when I need to either update iPod or print something. The kernel panics happen with out them connected anyway. Also my PB can be plugged in all the time and it still will crash randomly. The BlueTooth mouse always is turned off before putting computer to sleep, I always wait for that "disconnected" message.

When I first bought it it had 2x 256Mb so I updated it at my local Apple dealer Tekserve (they are really good if you don't know them) with 2 Samsung 512MB sticks.
Under Jaguar (its original OS) I only would get blank screen or a lock up randomly coming up from sleep or display sleep.
Starting in Panther I got my first kernel panic (that gray translucent curtain with message in couple of languages) after coming from sleep.
Same thing happens now, under Tiger.
Extended Hardware Test shows nothing wrong with. And I have to mention that it runs with out any problems or crashes, only when I try to wake it up.

Under Tiger a got a crash once unplugging the PB, but only once. Also once, after plugging in ethernet cable.
My feeling is that I get crashes when my PB is trying to reconnect to to the network.

That crash has also happen same day that i had installed Tiger (fresh, clean install)
I only installed the drivers for HP printers during the installation as well as only one language, English.

In search for problem I have stopped using any additional software like Menu Meter or Transparent Dock, but the crash still would happen.

A lot of you will say its a hardware issue, but I hope that its not ( $$$$ ) plus tests show nothing.

Is there anything else that I should try to reset, perhaps everything at once. How is it with PB firmware, is there is any?

Thank you for any advices.
