my pc cant regognise my i-phone 4g

i dont know why but my pc is not regognising my i phone i plug in my usb cabel to my i phone and reacktion is nothing and the other reason is because my i phone says : no sim card installed

Try putting a SIM card in and see if that fixes your problem, maybe?

Go into the windows device manager and see if there is an unrecognized device. It's probably the iPhone driver, reinstall the driver from there.
