my phone can't find anyone in spotlight

i just went to spotlight to locate a contact and it doesn't show up. i had to manually find said contact.

Hw do i fix this? it use to work just this morning and now it doesn't.

Also when i restored non of my games got restored... they are all "new games". Is there a way t get my data from the apps back?

Go to settings, general, spotlight search, and make sure contacts are selected. For the games, no, you can't get game data back. Game center keeps scores and standings, but not game data, like progress.
