iPhone my phone randomly goes into safe mode

so my iphone 4 ios 6.0.1 goes into safe mode when im not using it :-/ and its annoying help? anyone

Uninstall your tweaks one at a time, giving adequate time to test between each, until it stops happening. Then reinstall all the tweaks you previously removed except the last one, again one at a time and testing between each, to be sure it doesnt recur. Then email the author of the tweak causing the problem to report it.
