At the risk of sounding, "weird," here it goes:
a. It's great that you're not reading from a script, but you might want to either go more for a relaxed, conversational feel (something I can listen to for fun and amusement), or a little bit more precise (if you're reporting what you're talking about). I think it'd be a lot better to go a little bit more relaxed, but to make sure you fill the podcast and don't have a lot of dead airtime.
b. You seem to have a pretty good voice for podcasting.
c. Don't use "we" when referring to yourself (unless there will be other podcasters podcasting for compareandcontrast, and that's what you were referring to)!
d. It might be better to get together with a friend and do it together. That'd really help with the feel, and might be more interesting for the listeners.
e. The end was really weird. Really.
f. You've got the sound down, definitely. You're not too close to the mic, or too far away, there's no white noise; it's all good.
g. I'm not sure how other people feel about "explicit" podcasts, but I know I generally shy away from them unless I'm familiar with why the podcast is explicit. Save what you said at the end (and I'm not sure if that even counts), you might as well keep it clean (unless you really want to curse about buying an iMac just shortly before the new revs

).
Overall, I'm subscribing to the podcast to see how it turns out. Good luck!
