The biggest change from 4.x to 5.x will be the addition of Mission Control (a la OS X 10.7 Lion) that will be above the multitasking bar. So when you double tap the home button to switch apps, instead of a faded out picture of your homescreen, you'll see things like current weather, iPod controls, and a calculator.
