Hope I am not asking too many questions at one time. course I should be outsode gardening or vacuuming house. LOL
My big printer like I mentioned in my other post is across the room. hooked to old win xp mch. which I keep all unplugged.
well looked at my printer booklet is show an ethernet port. Plus wireless plug in front. which I do not have and prob never want.
But is there a way to hook it up to my ethernet ? Do I have to unplug it from back of my windows mch? or can I hook it to one of those double plug uinit adaptors. well I just also happen to have another ethernet plug there. But I use it for my Internet radio.
any suggestions ? so appreciate your all patience with me.
Thank you all,
Jean

got it to work but

How do I get it to print say like just page 1 of my printing job ? when I click "print" it does not give me any options other than at beginning paper size.
Thanks
Jean

Try getting a Switch so you can hook both the Windows Machine and the Printer to the Internet. (A Switch is like a router, but typically for less money.)
