Subject: My Privacy and Data download Request fail to provide me what I requested after waiting 5 months and repeated AppleCare enquiries

Every year since 2018 I’ve been requesting Apple provide me with the data they are safeguarding under my AppleID.

This latest request provided me with the data for downloading 16 of the listed items. The exception was for "iCloud Mail".

I called AppleCare about this and was told I had to make a further request. I did so as my 2nd request, and subsequently was requested to again make another request for the iCloud Mail as a 3rd request.

My 3rd request prompted this from AppleCare on Sep 1st, 2025

I wanted to provide a quick update on the case currently being reviewed by our Engineering team. The investigation is still in progress, and I’ve been in ongoing communication with them. They’ve confirmed that they are actively working on it and will provide further details or updates as soon as they become available.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we work through this. I’ll be sure to keep you informed of any new developments.

Best regards,

Gia

So far I've received no communication from AppleCare nor Apple Engineering. I was told the issue/ticket had be escalated.

At this point I'm convinced this issue will not be resolved and I'm left with not obtaining the "iCloud Mail" that Apple indicated will be made available to me.
