My QuickTime looks like its underwater

I just tried to view some stuff from the BBC kids site. Either I got it in the BBC Player which is a tiny square in the corner of my screen with no apparent way to enlarge it ...OR it came up on Q/T but but it looks like its under water... my system it a bit old OSX 10.3.9 ...but am I missing a plug in or something..... I do Have FLIP4 MAC and a flash player...

There is no way to fix it unless it has an option to view it in higher quality. It is really compressed for playback on slower internet connections. It's not a problem on your end.
