Just upgraded to Snow leopard yesterday, everything's great but my only gripe so far is spaces! When I bring up the grid view, the number keys no longer work. I have to use the ctrl+number or actively click the view. Not a big deal for most, but I now have to contort my hand a little bit to hit that ctrl key or use 2 hands when reaching for number keys 6, 7, 8, 9. Why did Apple remove this feature?
Also glad Apple was forward looking enough to include quicktime 7! Quicktime 10 is nice except that the control bar is far too big and covers the video instead of appearing below it. Also, it removed color controls and skipping around while playing a video now pauses. I don't like that.
Also like many others have said, the application stacks icons are waay too big.
Overall seamless upgrade no horror stories. Got parallels 5 and 4 GB ram, my old 2 ghz macbook is running really fast now and my workflow is much more efficient now I can keep the VM up all the time. Many problems still from leopard, but the only leopard to snow leopard annoyance for me so far is the broken number keys in spaces grid. I used that feature a lot in leopard.
