Hi, guys, I don't know about you, but nothing makes me feel more nostalgic than playing the old classics from the Apple II days. Today I made a review of one of my favorite games, The Oregon Trail. I also made a video and published it on YouTube about the game: Matt Chat 9: Oregon Trail. I realize that not everyone is into retrogaming, but I thought the few that are might enjoy my work. :D

I am planning to cover more Apple II classics in the future, particularly Ultima and Autoduel.

Please let me know what you think of my video and if you have any memories of Oregon Trail yourself!

Ahhhh I loved that game Oregon Trail.
I always meagerly rationed my food and eventually kill all my traveling companions. 10/10 for its time.

LOL, I ended up having to switch to meager rations as the game progressed. I guess you could always hunt a bunch and get more food, assuming you purchased enough bullets. Even playing carefully, I lost two of my settlers. :(

Still, if it were too easy it wouldn't represent the history very well! :)

Now you have me craving to play this again.
Think it'll work on the new Intel C2D's? :p
