My rMB won't charge

I am so done at the moment with my new MacBook.....first of all I did get problems with the keyboard and now it won't charge.

I tried multiple sockets in my home but without success. Could this be a problem with the cable or is it my MacBook?

I had this issue on the first day of owning it, have you ever owned a Magsafe 2 MacBook Pro? If so, take the extention setion which you can attach to the USB-C wall mount. So you are basically using an extention cable, try then? Basically the wall adapter part on my lead failed.
