My Safari icon on my 3GS is missing

I looked at my 3GS today and noticed something odd - my Safari icon is missing, although it was there a day or so ago. I checked all the other pages of apps carefully, twice, but no Safari. I happened to be in the AT&T store getting a another 3GS for a new line, and they didn't have any idea how this could happen, as they app isn't (so far as anyone knows that I've asked) manually deletable.

I JB'ed the phone a while back, but I've not had any problems like this since then, until now. Anybody had this happen to them?

Check the restrictions to see if Safari is disabled.
