iPod touch My Safari settings are gone!

i dont know what happened but, i cant change any settings for safari because when i go into settings the safari option is no longer there and neithter are my contact and picture options, so now all i have is general, music and video plzz help me!!

there is this little thing in iTunes called "restore".....use it!

dude i dont want to restore thats y i asked on here because i want to avoid that if possible

For an error like that, there is no other way but to restore, unless your iPod is jailbroken.

yeh it is jail broken, but some things arent workinig right including the stuff in the original post additionally my wallpapers arent showin up and when i download a theme for summerboard they dont show up when i go into smb prefs, there is supposed to be a list of the themes i downloaded but it aint there im thinkin it might b bcause i have customize some of the probs are occuring. should i just restore or is there another way to fix it?
