my screen blinks while watching videos

i have a 13" MBP early 2015, and i'm on macOS Sierra (10.12.5 Beta) recently i've been noticing a weird blink/flash of distorted colors while watching any video it's very quick and unexpected!
i changed my browser (i was using safari) and started using chrome and the problem doesn't seem to be solved!
i hope it's not a hardware problem, because i don't have apple store in my country !!

tell me if anyone needs a further information !!

This has been happening to me too. If I scroll away from the video and then back it seems to fix itself, but I am not sure what is causing it.

the problem with mine is a quick flash of color distortion it happens in a fraction of a sec


i've managed to get a SS of it (although that's not my problem)
