This is the second time I’ve had this. My share sheet is completely blank and it happens in every app. Last time it happened I ended up restoring from a backup as no mater what I tried the share sheet wouldn’t repopulate with items.
I previously tried reinstalling apps, restarting the phone, resetting settings and nothing worked. The moment I restored from a backup everything was fine.
I’ve no idea what causes it but I’ve noticed that it occurs the morning after I set the phone on charge for the night.

Just updated to 13.4.1 and still have the issue
