My sister's iPhone wiped out its self!!!

My sister wanted to copy a video to her iPhone, when she did that she somehow erased all here data! Pics, notes, dates everything! Surprisingly her old iPhone's apps showed up. Does anyone know how to fix this? I need help, fast! All her conferences dates and notes and ad pictures are gone!

Restore from a recent back up from your pc or iCloud
