So... a couple weeks ago, the bottom inch of my screen lost all touch abilities...out of nowhere...

So I brought it into the Roger's store where I purchased it, and they said that a box would be sent out to my house to send the iphone out to be looked at...

2 weeks go by and no box. I go there today and all they told me was to call Rogers...AGAIN. So I do. 45 minutes and 4 transfers and back to square one. I go back in the Roger's store and they tell me "they can't do anything for me"

So finally, I leave the store, about to set the place on fire, and completely boycott Roger's altogether, when I decide to call again. I call, and no more than 10 minutes later, the guy has a swap arranged and a brand new iphone to be at my door within 5-7 days!!! :) :) :) :)


MORAL OF THE STORY: If you aren't completely satisfied with your situation, call back in a couple minutes. Some people are complete douchebags, and some people actually understand that we spend tons of cash on their products.
