My Sony Z1-u wont ajust white balance on the auto setting!

HELP!
When you're on 'full auto' you cant change any settings' if you slide the stitch to manal, click only on the white balance button (leaving all the other manual settings off) you are in 'semi auto' and you can change only the white balance.
