My speeds were awful the first month, around .1 to .3 max. I PM'd Sprintcares on the Sprint user's forum and gave him my zip codes; he told me that they would have the local towers upgraded by the end of the month. I am skeptical about anything Sprint says....but suddenly today my speeds have routinely been over .8 and up to 1.4 max, in a variety of different locations. They have definitely upgraded the towers....so have patience. You might try going to that forum and PM'ing him with your zip codes to get an idea of what is up in your area.

I know...I was just letting lots of others know that things may improve. The user's forum is still full of posts about horrible speed. They CAN improve it, like in our cases; question is when.
