my texts - going from JB to non-JB

I am curious to know what would happen to your texts if you went from Jailbreak to stock. Do the texts that you received today stay when you restore do do they reset from the day of your pre-JB restore save point?

I would hate to lose a months worth of text if going from jailbreak to stock restore.

If you jailrbeak, backup your jailbroken iPhone with iTunes, restore to a non-jailbroken state, restore your jailbroken backup, your text messages will still be there and nothing will be wrong with them.
