I think this is a operated leak.
AND THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT.
Here's why:
There are a huge amount of MBP stuck in the retailers' hands, and there has to be a way to get rid of them, it will either be a discounted price, or making up some reason for the buyers to give up waiting for the new one.
IMHO, I need Ethernet port, although 802.11n is fast, but it's like what? 300mbps? And I don't want to waste a USB port just for the USB3.0 to gigabyte Ethernet dongle. That's just silly.
So my first instinct is that I want to buy a late 2011 MBP so I can have the Ethernet port, the optical drive to swap for a second HDD, plus a lower price. Why not?
But I'll just wait for the new one to come out. If it doesn't come out as I expected, or lacks functions that I need (e.g. Firewire, Ethernet, etc.), I'll be off to ebay to search for a late 2011 high res glossy 15 inch.
Just my own opinion.
