iPod touch My Touch is on it's way to Apple

Well after installing the 2.0 firmware update I had to restore my touch two times because it would freeze up and make me restore every time I plugged it in. Now it won't get past the apple screen at the start up so I called Apple and they sent me out my box.

Anyone else had any problems?

I've had problems with2.0 also. I had to go to my local apple store and get it fixed
