my touch is pwnd but now i have questions

with the winpwn version i used it didnt give me the screens shown in the tutorial it gave me choices and lots of them. when it started instead of cyndia or whatever the install program is it actually has a install button. i think i got the wrong one installed

can someone just give me matching links for both winpwn and ipsw files please

Do not make more than one post for the same thing. It is one thing when you create a thread without searching the forums for someone with the same question; it is another when you create the same thread with a bit different wording multiple times. This thread should be deleted.

we cannot give links to the ipsw as it's illegal since you have to pay apple for the file

ok well with winpwn 2.5 what ipsw version do i need? for a phone thats has 1.14 loaded right now

well it depends really

if you want 1.1.4 then you will want the 1.1.4 ipsw file

if you want 1.1.5 then you will want the 1.1.5 ipsw file

if you want 2.0 then you will want the 2.0 ipsw file

if you want 2.0.1 then you will want the 2.0.1 ipsw file

if you want 2.0.2 then you will want the 2.0.2 ipsw file

is that not obvious?

I dont see the point to askin which ipsw file you will need if your saying your pwn'd then your pwn'd

the version i got isnt anywhere near what it looks like in the DIY so i was confused and depwned my phone.
