iPod touch My Touch won't recieve emails all of a sudden?

Ok i have a 1.1 jailbroken 16gb touch which has my Yahoo & Mac email on and i have had no issues at all. But all of a sudden it isn't downloading my emails. I am not getting any errors but new emails that are appearing when i access my email on the net are not appearing?

Help!!
