I have these two set-up so I figure I share it here. I notice some previous posts from people asking about this. These are NOT displaylink USB. These are native HDMI monitors. You can plug a blu-ray player to them and they have sound support.

1) 15" portable HDMI /MHL monitor. GeChic 2501m. $250. A bit pricey.
Battery powered. It runs for 8 hours on a charge. It also charges via USB. Or, connect to the laptop's USB and run it from there. If you have a MHL phone, you can connect the phone and the display charges the phone which is cool.
They make a 13" one which can probably be had for $160 or so if you shop aggressively. However, the 13" is not battery powered. It only uses USB.

2) Modified LapDock. These are $60-100 discounted. This is a steal of deal if you ask me even if you paid $100. You can use the keyboard/trackpad as well. You'll need to buy some cables and couplers to convert different pieces.

Remember, these are native HDMI screens at 1336x768. This is not displaylink USB crap which is laggy. The image is coming from whatever your GPU can produce. You can play videos, games with no lag.

Both work great for video editing on the go. The Lapdock has better color accuracy. In fact, it is very good. You can hack it around to do multi-seat if you want. E.G. set up to run VMware running OSX 10.7 on the lapdock with independent mouse/keyboard while you run 10.8.3 on the main screen w/ your default keyboard mouse.

There are some more options but I can link to any outside URLs due to forum rules.
