For the first few months of this year I worked alongside a Ukrainian refugee who was employed to give techie advice to elderly people in the area in which I live. I introduced him to the Apple Support Communities web forums with which he was unfamiliar. He made posts which were cancelled by the moderators. He wrote and complained. He received this response by email:-
However, there is no telephone number given, so how was he supposed to telephone the ASC staff?!!
