My username showing twice in Get Info with same permissions

Also, I can't delete either of them.

I thought Windows was weird with permissions...

Reboot and run disk utility Via ”command R” Also,check user directory in terminal to see if there is a second user account? I had this happen in mail once and it was a delicate in one of the preference files.
