Hey guys I have an iMac Pro /
I run my OS and most software off 2 external harddrives. Samsung SSD T7.
They sit on my desk, the 2 Samsung drives.

Today I spilt water on my desk, I didn't think it did any damage to anything I immediately soaked it up with a towel but I think it was a lot of water.
Since I did that the strangest thing is happening and really hindering my work. Everyime I open a video editing software like Premiere Pro it's just not working.
Also when I press SPACE to preview a video, it just keeps replaying the first 1-2 seconds of any video
Also if I open up a video with VLC for example, it's the same thing it only plays the first 2 second on repeat.
If I watch a video on Youtube or Netflix it's fine.
It seems to be effecting any type of video drive or video file on my actual computer. As mentioned it's also not letting me use software like Adobe Premiere Pro to edit or work with video files.
Does anybody know what I have done and what I can do to solve this?
I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the water as this happened first time for me and it's since I just spilt water on my desk.

Not sure what to do. Maybe it's the external drives sitting on my desktop that have got effected? Not the actual iMac? But it seems to only be effecting anything to do with video files and video applications
