My voice mail has disappeared

I don’t know when this happened. A couple of days ago. Hopefully I missed the memo in an update or turning my iPhone off and back will restore it. I asked Siri for my messages. Then I saw them but they won’t play. I click on one and it disappears.

Help! iPhone 13.

Ok. Sorry. Turning it off and on brought it back. I hardly ever turn the thing off. The last time was 6 weeks ago. The last time I got on an airplane.
