my watch just turned off for no reason

is it able to boot back up? same thing happened to me but it never came back life. But mine got really hot. I think the battery in mine had a "meltdown"

Mine booted back up. My friend spammed me with messages. not sure if that did it. but i was scared that i lost my baby

so what did happen. did you get your new one yet? did apple pay for it?

I just returned it. It was a 38mm and I wanted 42mm. They would have sent me a replacement, but I decided to just wait on my Space Gray 42mm to get here... by the end of June

I asked for an upgrade to a 42mm (I had the 38mm Silver Sport with green band) or to speed up my 42mm Space Gray BSB order I already had placed. They couldn't do anything but replace like size and style. They even escalated my return to a more senior support specialist because of the overheating issue. So I chatted quite a bit with this person and tried to persuade to at least get my 42mm shipped sooner. Unfortunately, they wouldn't budge

Mine has rebooted on it's own twice - I've had it for about two and half weeks. If it keeps doing it, I'll have it replaced.
My iphone turned itself off (not a reboot) twice over 6 months, and the second time I couldn't get it to turn back on. I took it into my local store and they were able turn it back on, but they replaced it anyway, right there in the store. I'm hoping that once Apple is caught up on stock that we'll be able to get in-store watch replacements, because if my watch keeps rebooting, I'm going to want a replacement, and I'd rather not do the mail-in thing.
