iPod touch My week 38 hisses when no music is playing

It's really annoying... I'll probably trade it in at bestbuy in a few weeks. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, seems like the same problem that my week 37 has. Apparently Apple didn't cut the audio when the music stops... it goes away when the device goes on standby or exits the music menu, i think.

I think this could be fixed by software now that I think about it... I'll wait a bit.
