My week old refurb not eligible for Snow Leopard Update

My refurb 2.66 MBP I bought just over a week ago is not eligible for the Snow Leopard Up-to-date program! My part number is FB985B/A, anybody else having the same issue?

Are you inputting the part number or the serial of your computer when you go on to the up-to-date ordering pages ?

You require the serial. If that still doesn't work - simply call Apple and order it over the phone.
