My wife's email settings are greyed out?

I'm not sure what's going on but she has a iPhone 4S along with a 27" iMac that is fully updated.

However her email accounts ALL have the password missing and when I put in the correct passwords it says it wrong.

And the incoming mail server for her iCloud account is greyed out and will not allow me to put in anything.

So no matter what I put in there for a password even though it's correct it stays empty and then the iCloud won't let me put in the incoming mail server.

Ideas?
