My wifes getting my 3g but can I transfer my apps to my new iPhone?

I am getting the new iPhone come what may. My wife is soon out of contract and needs a new phone anyway and she has already started polishing it. It's been well protected and cherished and is in mint condition.

Can I transfer the apps to my new iPhone or do I have to leave them on her iPhone? Can we both use them perhaps?

I believe if you both sync to the same iTunes library you can both use the apps.

It will go through iTunes. So, as long as your apps are all back synced to your computer then you will be able to transfer them to your new phone.

I don't know about using the apps on both phones, though. Maybe someone else does.
