My wife's iPhone 6+ sends me Siri message on my iPhone 7 but many are NOT delivered although Siri acknowledges they were delivered. Why? Is there anything I can do to check sent messages on the senders phone Siri acknowledged was sent? Corrections?
 
This is a bug on ios 13 where you cant receive real time notifications when connected from a certain isp
