It was working perfect yesterday and this morning we tried to use it and it is totally dead. We tried to charge it on different charges and nothing. Its just dead.
I took it to the ATT store (where we purchased it, since we dont have and apple store in town) and was told I had to call apple to see about getting it fixed, that the ATT store has nothing to do with it (even though I bought it there). So I called the Apple# and they are closed due to Labor day, so I guess I will have to try tomorrow.
I got it a couple of weeks after they were 1st released, so Im hoping it is still under warrenty.
Until now, we had not had any problems at all.
