Hello, I was wondering if someone could assist me with this problem. I have reinstalled windows vista a couple of times, and whenever i try to play a quicktime file, it starts to and then the video gets choppy for a split second and the message pops up saying that it cant play the file. Quicktime used to play .mov files util i was watching them one time and the computer froze up on me and quicktime hasnt been able to play them ever since. I am wondering if the registry or something was not completely cleaned off when i reinstalled Windows but if someone happens to know what the reason could be, please feel free to share any troubleshooting tips. Thanks!
