My Windows side of Bootcamp won't go online?

What do I need to do to get vista to recognize that there is a router sitting right next to it?
 
Did you install the drivers for your computer? If so, is your network cable unplugged, is the router issuing an IP address to your computer? Have you tried restarting your router and your modem?
