My wireless HD is no recognized on my apple router?

I don't know what happened but when I go to use my wireless drive from my Airport extreme and I try to boot it up it fails and says. the original item of for "My backup" can't be found...

When I use the HD plugged into my laptop it works fine, boots up..

Anyone know what I can do to try and fix it?

I did run Disk repair on it a couple of times.
