My3g in Cydia, installed but does not make facetime call

I am new to this so please bear with me.

I did a search for My3g (from Modmyi) and it shows, I clicked install.

After installation, i turned off the wifi and made a facetime call but it still says I need to be connected.

Am I missing a setting, I was reading online and it says I have to pay for the app

but I click install on the top left and it didnt ask me to purchase.

You need to open the app. It will then ask you for a rock account to purchase it.

oh i didnt know there was a my3g app downloaded.

So is the app also available in cydia and is both cydia and rock version paid.

Another iPhone 4 friend called me when I was driving today, so made my first 3G Facetime Call.

Probably a bad idea, and illegal in CA (I pulled over to a residential street, facetime while driving is probably worse than texting while driving)

I did exactly this today, though I'm in Missouri.
