Myfax with iPhone 3G

I have used Myfax for years and love it because it allows me to receive my faxes in email no matter where I am. With my recent switch to the iPhone, I am still receive the emails but when I click on the PDF attachement, it takes me to a blank page.

If anyone uses Myfax and the iPhone, is there any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

MyFax problems viewing faxes with iPhone

I spent a few days on this problem only to find that Myfax is the problem. The filenames are too long and that is why you land up with blank page displays. I eventually resorted going with another supplier SRFax - they have a free trial here www.srfax.com/freetrial.php.

Since I switched over everything has worked perfectly and they have a much better interface than Myfax (less expensive too).
